I feel this item was made very cheaply. It feels like tin in your hand. The icons don't work properly. The stylus is cheap and doesn't work the icons properly. It is very difficult to navigate this device. I'm really thinking of returning it. It is TOO aggravating to use!!

THE THING IS... TOO MANY FUNCTIONS ON ONE DEVICE. IT HAS GREAT SOUND USING MY BEATS EAR BUDS BY DR. DRE. FANTASTIC SOUND, IN FACT. THE CAMERA IS NOT EASY TO OPERATE AND THE MP3 PLAYER'S MENU FOR ALBUMS IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO READ THE ALBUM TITLES. IT DOESN'T ALWAYS USE THE ORIGINAL ARTWORK, SO IT'S HARD TO READ THE SMALL FONTS USED AND BAD CHOICE OF COLOR.AFTER LESS THAN A MONTH OF USE, THE DEVICE 'S TOUCH SCREEN DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE CORRECT ICON. IT REVERSES THE SCREEN LOCATION. LEFT IS RIGHT AND TOP IS BOTTOM.HOLDING THE FRAME CREATES A WHOLE 'NOTHER SET OF RESPONSES.

INTERESTING ON THE BACK OF UNIT IT SATES THAT IT HAS FM RADIO. THAT WOULD BE A NICE ADDITIONAL FEATURE. THIS ALLUDED TO THE FACT THAT THE PREVIOUS MANUFACTURER MADE A MISTAKE BY PUTTING LABEL ON BACK. WHICH SAYS THAT THESE WERE CONSIDERED AS REJECTS TO BE RESOLD BY WARDS. OTHER THAN THAT IT IS STILL A NICE BUY
