the battery lasts a few minutes then dies. the volume only goes up to 40 percent

I bought this for my husband to use while out on tractor mowing our 10 acres. He loves it! It is very small to carry in a shirt pocket and quite easy to use. I loaded over 900 songs on it! Only one problem with it....it is not as loud as we would like. Inside or quiet area, it's great. But on a loud tractor, he can't hear it all that well. The headphones are just the right size and very comfortable. Was a good buy.

we were very happy with the MP# players at first but one of the wires in the earset wire broke the second day. These were purchased for a 12 and 14 yr old. I will probably try another purchase to evaluate the quality of your msde.
