I love most of the characters of this MP3 Player, but I have many problems on getting it to play. I have to constantly do things to get it to play the songs I have downloaded...problems pausing, stopping songs....when or not connected to Colby Stereo.

I am shocked that Wards would ever sell a product such as the Coby 16 GB MP# player. This unit was purchased for audio downloads so I could listen to books and text materials. Unfortunatley I discovered after my purchase that this unit is not compatiable with any service on the internet. This unit was promptly returned to you after several hours of stress, the unit won't even work with my music supplier. A real dog of a mp3.

The screen is a bit small, but the clarity of it is amazing. It has great sound and is much less expensive than the Ipod. Love it!

The unit itself seemed very user friendly. However, the problem I found was trying to delete unwanted songs. Even after going thru the manual & the device manager I couldn't the delete the songs. When I called customer service, I was referred to the online tech support. I could never get ahold of someone, so I emailed them. I sent the tech support team 3 emails and never got a reply from them. I refuse to deal with this poor customer service any longer, so I'm returning the item. If Coby is not going to provide satisfactory customer service, I will never purchase their items again.
