I read a lot of reviews, mostly positive, about this camera before purchasing it. The one thing I was looking for was a camera that could be used to take video as well as act as a webcam and this fit the bill. The small size makes it very portable and I like the little pull-string carry bag that comes with it. The video quality is probably not as good as my cell phone but is still acceptable for my purposes. I was more concerned with the somewhat poor sound quality as I planned to use the camera to record myself playing and singing songs. The battery life is short but I keep extras handy at all time and I own a battery charger. An external power supply would have been nice. It does not come with an SD card but I found one online for ten dollars, making the overall price still lower than the camera alone from some sources. I bought mine from Montgomery Ward. Still and all, a nice little camera for a really good price.
