I did not buy this tablet from Wards, but I do have this tablet. It's great. Works great. You CAN download AND use tons of apps from the Android app stores, Mobile market, Amazon, etc. It does NOT have the google playstore app, and you can not get the playstore app on this tablet without changing some settings and downloading some things. That is somewhat disappointing, but does not make this tablet junk. You can download most of the apps available at the google playstore elsewhere. These Coby tablets work like any other tablet as far as the touch screen and etc. And they are fast. And that is why I give the Coby tablets a five star rating. In my opinion the negative reviews you see on here are reviews from people who simply do not understand how tablets work. And I am guessing those people would give a negative review to any tablet simply because as I said, they simply do not understand how touch screen tablets work.

I will be returning the item. It is not as advertised. Very few apps to download and they are not anything like they should be. Hard to understand and hard to read.

ok I've had this tablet long enough to give my honest review. DO NOT GET!!! One cannot use the following to download from: 1.CNET 2.APPBRAIN 3. ANDROID MARKET seriously there is no way around to use the latter one. Folks at my job tried and nothing. I have google play store on my android cellphone and can download from there, but here this tablet doesn't use this service. You have to use GETJAR which comes installed on this tablet and the apps from there are terrible. I am definitely sending this back. I DEFINITELY DON'T LIKE THE RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS with the downloading of this tablet. Also the screen won't stop rotating no matter if I have it set or not. EXTREMELY IRRATATING!!
