This compact parlor style guitar has a rich sound you'll love and features a mahogany neck, spruce top and rosewood bridge and fingerboard. 24.75" scale and 18 frets with a dovetail neck joint and 14˚ angled headstock. 12 1/2" w x 37" h x 3 3/4" d. Zippered black fabric gig bag (38" l) includes backpack-style straps.

It's the mouse that ROARED!

Imagine a 3 year old child throwing a tantrum. Normal stuff, right? Now imagine that same child throwing that tantrum with a bullhorn at its mouth. That's a mighty-mouth! Same here-- this guitar can whisper delicate runs, or it can chord full-bodied, powerful sounds that will surprise you; it did me! I love my guitar. This is the newer edition that has two sound ports instead of one, making the sound project even better. I highly recommend this find! Please use 11 light bronze strings for good sound. Remove the strings that come with it, as they are cheap.

A travel guitar with class!

I ordered this item on the 4th of Feb. and received it on the 7th--thanks, Wards! This guitar has two sound holes for better projection. Holds tuning well and is quite nice to behold. At first, I was thinking I made a mistake, but after tuning her and playing her she warmed up to me and we became quick friends as she hummed melodic tones in a soothing but strong voice for her size. The action was perfect and needed no additional setup-that's remarkable for a guitar in the under-$200 cost. The strings that came with it are really no good, so please buy good strings: 11 light or medium, per instructions from the tech support at Peavey. I would not depend on this guitar for any major concerts, but in an intimate setting, she will come through for you. I chose the natural finish because it looks so cool!

Decent Guitar

It is a small body guitar. It surprised me at first but After I tuned it and started to play it I got over the size. Good full sound. Full width neck. Easy to chord. If you order one go buy good strings to put on it.
