the product is pleasing to the eyes, but the trays intended to catch the water drips are made of very cheap and thin plastic. I've had the rack for two weeks and one tray has already cracked. The area that is supposed to hold the utensils, the bottom falls out and had to be glued together to be functional. The utensil holder and the cup holder cannot be used simultaneously unless you have very deep counters.
