Nice chair except for the fact that it leans pretty far back, I don't sit all the way back in my chair because I'm afraid it will go all the back!!! Sooo, I sit on the edge all the time. My bad!!! I should have read the discription better. But... it is well made and hopefuly will last a long time. I would send it back, but that is costly.

Comfortable,but had problems from the get go, shock very hard to raise up or down. Once up it bleeds off in jerks and finally goes flat, too ezpensive for the problems I had.

This chair is of poor quality and had I seen it in a store first I would not have bought it. The pillow top portion is nice, but the seat base is made of plastic, plastic base with plastic wheels, this will not last a year. Sadly all these chairs are out of China and they are made to look good but not to last, so you have to replace them every year.
