Preparation: Your Ham is fully cooked and ready to serve (when thawed). But we recommend warming it. To Heat in the Oven: remove wrapping. Pour liquid remaining in wrapping on ham. Cover with foil. Place pan on center rack. Heat in oven at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes per pound, until an internal temperature of 145 degrees is reached. To microwave: Unwrap ham and place in a microwaveable dish. Cook on high for 10 minutes, turn it 1/4 turn; cook 10 more minutes and turn another 1/4 turn; cook for 5 more minutes. Microwave cooking will make ham drier, like an "old fashioned" ham.
