I BOUGHT THIS MASSAGE CHAIR BECAUSE I HAVE BACK PAIN, BUT IT DOES NOT HAVE STRONG AND DEEP MASSAGE, ONLY VIBRATES SOFT, I DIDN'T LIKE IT

The massage feature is okay. The way the chair reclines is not so great cause it does not stay in place and it requires you to use your weight to tilt it. The chair is a lot like a lawn chair with a cushion on it. The chair is not worth the price.

The only thing I can say about the chair is that it does not go back as far as it should (or as far as the pictures indicate on papers with the chair) to be called a zero gravity chair, I had one before from a different place and it went back far enough that your back is flat to the floor. (This is what ya need to get 5 stars from me) Flat to the floor is the best position if ya have back problems, no pressure on the spine. The box it came in was damaged and should be packaged better.

This chair is nice, it does have good massage & heat technology.However,it is not made for comfortable sitting if that is all you want to do.
