Looks exactly like the picture. Love it. It is not too small and looks so smart and rich looking. Everyone compliments the look of the fireplace. Well worth the money.

When I saw it I instantly fell in love with it! This was my Christmas Gift to myself, a must have! The style, size and color was just what I needed to complete my living room look. I even paid the extra $100 dollars shipping, even though I thought that was outrageous. When "My Queen Ann" arrived, in two seperate parts I noticed it was scratched and one corner deeply chipped, in addition I had to get someone to assemble it for me. Lucky I had a nice neighbor. So now excited ... I wanted it to show me what it can do ... "Nothing" absoulutely nothing, as far as heating was concerned. The vent is tiny and slim, only produces a small amount of heat.(On the higest setting) I also do not like the way you have to keep the log switch on when you'd just rather have the heat on or vice versa. For a lot less money, I could have gone to any store and bought a better heater for $50 or under. I still kept "My Queen Ann",as I love the coszy look, and now have a place to hang my Christmas stockings! SD. NJ.
