  • I felt for 8,000 BTUs it would cool things a lot better, but it did not. Had to leave it on 68 degrees and put a heavy duty fan in front of it to make sure it would continue to cool the room. Should have went with a less expensive window unit.

  • Poor Design

  • This is a really poor product for the price! We bought it for the bedroom at night and by morning it is full of water and will not work again until you empty it. I have no problem with that if it would have been designed like a dehumidifier with a drip pan to empty. Instead, this device has a valve you have to unscrew on the very bottom and empty it over a drain. Who has a floor drain anywhere but the basement??!! We had to roll it to the front door and empty it there. It is a heavy clumsy device that is more hassle than it is worth. Save your money, I'm sending mine back!
