THis makes the perfect fried chicken, BAR NONE!!! I have had several deep fryers and this one is the best that I have used. easy to clean and perfectly cooks. THe only problem I see is I wish that it had a flip up lid, or a handle on the lid but the lid doesn't get hot so it's not like I get burned, just saying. I really liked this fryer.
