I would have given it 0 stars but that wasn't an option. I have received 4 shrugs and not one of them can be worn by a human. There is no opening for my head and there is no opening to put it on if there were a way to do it. I even asked to have the garment inspected before it was sent to me and I still got another defective one. I must be crazy, but I am still trying to get one that looks like the photo as I bought the dress, too. Haven't received that, either. The ship date has been moved out another month. The shrugs are made in China. Kind of says it all. Order at your own risk; you might end up like me and never receive anything close to what is pictured.
