Montgomery Ward used to be be better than this.
Was not happy that
1) the personalization was not what I was expecting because 2) I was told it was going to come as: "P III", but when I opened it up I saw "P THREE"
3) then there was only personalized ONE item that said "P THREE" and it was only ONE of the head rests.
For the money I'm spending, it should be COMPLETE AND CORRECT as far as I'm concerned.
SAME REVIEW FOR THE CAR MATS I ORDERD WITH THE SEAT COVERS

I bought this car seat cover kit for a Saturn Vue. It doesn't fit. And the hooks used to attach it to the seat are very weak. It's a pretty set, just not for my car.

14 piece car seat set personalized
I received this item today. Arrived quickly and I was so excited. Cute. Lightweight. Looks easy to clean. Compact packaging. But, the company only personalized one (1) headrest rather then two (2). Which didn’t make any sense. I guess if you don’t write on both lines they only assume you want one headrest personalized which is crazy! So make sure you fill out both lines or you’ll only receive one personalized headrest.

seat covers did not fit like described
i have been a customer of Ginny's and seventh avenue, but after today i am not i am totally dissatisfied with them, i bought the seat covers paid them off right away, didnt even wait for bill with my debit card, got item did not fit sent back now ginny's doesn't want to refund me my whole amount back said will only send me the purchase amunt back not the shipping, and will credit my account not my card, well you know what over that you have lost my business on both accounts. beware if you send something back for refund, they really value there life long customers, right, company policy thet stated, well you know what your company policy stinks.

REAR BACKREST: 80 132CM (31.5"X51.97")
These Seat Covers will not work with a front bench seat or if the front seats have a seat belt integrated between the seat and the back.
