Hubby and I were excited about getting our so-called firm luxury hotel pillows only to be extremely disappointed in the quality of these pillows! They were so floppy, not FIRM at all!! Do not purchase!!! Returning to sender! Worse purchase ever!!! Overall rating, no stars!
