Red bistro set from
Real piece of crap
I purchased a red bistro set and was surprised to find that when it was delivered it was in a flat brown box! I had a broken shoulder when it arrived so all I could do was open the box and put all the pieces on the floor to get ready to assemble. The table and two seats had no holes drilled in them so I called customer service where I was reprimanded several times for not trying to put it together before November! No matter how many times I said I had a broken shoulder The woman continued reprimanding me because it was January and it should have been called in by November. Many friends stopped by to try and help put it together only to find that the replacement pieces also didn't have holes drilled in them! We then found out that the backs of the seats were not the same size which only added to my frustration. Finally a friend of mine who owns the local hardware store took it there and was able to put the table and one chair together, and they are trying to figure out a way to make the back of the chair fit somehow!!! I will never order another product from this company especially because I never want to deal with their customer service representative named Karen who just could not stop telling me how I should have tried to put this together before November which would have been impossible because I had a broken right shoulder.
