Pre printed letters not engraved
I was very disappointed with the name. I had my husband's named engraved only to find out that you all charged 8.00 for engraving which wasn't engraved. The letters were printed I could have done that myself and the peel letters would of a cost 1.00 this was a rip off

Packaged nicely
Packaged nicely means nothing when a brand new Amazon Kindle Fire will not hold a charge let alone charge properly!! This tablet never would charge after hours of not being messed with. Plus the insert where you place the charger was so tight it would barely fit in. I was so disappointed!! Total fail!!
