Overpriced
I have three Amazon Echo dots. Two fourth gens and one fifth gen. I ordered this thinking that it was an echo, and not an echo. Dot. While I understand, we pay a lot more buying through words but the price for this is three and half times as much as on Amazon. It is not even the fifth gen-it is still the fourth! A few minutes after I ordered it I realized that it wasn’t what I wanted, and I tried to cancel, but they would not cancel for me. The order had not shipped, it has not even gone to the factory for them to put it in a box to ship it, it basically was a few minutes after I purchased it, and they would not cancel. Instead, they want me to have it shipped to my home, and then paid to have it returned to them. So that wastes my money and instead of them being able to sell a brand new unit they would rather get a return. As someone who has many stereo systems, PA systems, Bluetooth systems, etc… I can tell you that the speakers do not sound good. I own a few of them, but I have them hooked up to other Bluetooth speakers,
use them for communication in my home, the ability to turn lights on and off, and security. The sound quality is so poor. You can change the equalizer on these through your Amazon app, but it still is bad. Now, the Amazon Echo is decent sounding. It’s about two times the size of the echo dot and unfortunately they don’t offer it at Wards. You can find the full size echo anywhere is it at least $50 cheaper than what they are charging for this dot. I paid $24 for a Dot WITH a wireless electrical outlet to turn my light on and off. I know Wards charges more but four to fives times the price (without any extras) is a slap in the face..

I ordered at Amazon echo dot and they shipped it to me for $30.98 so I could get it in December I didn’t ask for that I only asked for a regular standard shipping. I’m not going to order any more if shipping is that much

A Great Amazon Dot, buy!
I love this Amazon Dot. Works great, and hands free. Great price. And fast delivery. Very easy to order. I can get music, podcasts, books read, weather, news, grocery lists, text sent. And it is a Bluetooth speaker. It connects to my Amazon dot in my bedroom. Great product
