How many bursts or number of times can it be used.

The Bling it On Pepper Spray may be used several times in short bursts. After time, all pepper sprays will lose pressure even if not completely empty. So it seems best to buy one like the Bling, and replace at less cost than spend more on one that loses pressure before empty. Thanks for your interest!

How do I get one of each color. 1 black and 1 blue is what i want on the pepper spray and it only allows to order in one color

does the trigger have a way to lock so you don't accidently spray yourself.
Yes. It has a lip on the trigger that you slide towards the left and it locks. I keep it in my purse and it never leaks or sprays.
