Not happy
I'm not happy ihad to gry the runaround to claim it on insurance and I paid for the first item to be shipped and now I have to pay to ship the unit back. All that should have been covered on the manufacturing warranty. Not very happy with this purchase. Instead I paid the original amount of $234.00 but yet on the warranty item o gey charged $343.00. PNOT RIGHT AT ALL.

Started great ended poor
I brought an ice maker in September of last year and it decided wasn't going to work again just before Christmas. Now don't get me wrong as this is the 2nd machine I've brought and the first one was still working last time I saw it. Just this 1 machine is no good

Horrible
This is my third icemaker with the same problems. Eventually it stops cycling and making ice and you have to turn it off for a while and then it’ll start working again but this time that’s not happening so this is my third ice machine in about five years and I’m really not too happy.

I BOUGHT THIS ICE MACHINE IN JULY 2022 IT WORKED WELL SINCE THEN; TODAY ALL OF A SUDDEN IT QUIT WORKING, ITS NOT MAKING ICE ANYMORE. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT GETTING AN EXTEND WARRANTY ON IT. I WONT DO THAT AGAIN!!! I'LL HAVE TO CHECK AND SEE IF IT COMES WITH A WARRANTY. I'LL KEEP YOU POSTED.

After putting the ice cubes in the freezer they end up freezing together and it's a hard process to get some out. Does anyone have any ideas to keep the cubes separated?

If you are looking to store the ice cubes in your freezer, you may want to lay them flat in freezer till completely frozen. Then you can combine them in your freezer container. We hope you found this information useful.
