I purchased this product in October of 2022 for a Christmas gift. The second time this product was used it started to melt in microwave. The instructions were followed. Not happy at all.

The picture does not show it from the front. Is there a way to hook it so you can be up walking around with it on or does it just lay over your shoulders?
