Open Button Broke
I loved the microwave originally, then within a coupke months the open button came off with noway to put it back on because the outsite panel is secured with some kind of hex screw. Useless now cant even use it, and I'm still making payments on it.

Poor quality!
Have had less than 2 months and the button that opens the door is broke! Totally useless! Cheap made and overpriced! Don’t waste your money!

Product is not good
I received my product and with in a matter of a couple weeks it did not work well. It would only heat for about 17 minutes and then just shut off. It never got any better. I ended up buying a new microwave from Walmart which turned out to be a lot better. Would not recommend this product at all to anyone.

Great features
I bought this to replace the one I had that went out on me. It works great however it is kind of noisy, it makes like a humming noise when heating the item in it. but that is the only complaint that I have.

Great find
This is my second microwave of this kind. The 1st one lasted about 3 years. The 1st one was in use 2 dozen times a day. Everyday. Sometimes more. I'm thankful it lasted this long.

Lots of good BUT one ANNOYING problem
Cannot MUTE the bleeping sound. Apparently, no option for it. No combination of buttons or long-pressing, and no indication in the manual that MUTE is an option. Each button and when job is completed: BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP BLEEP
