Gold hoop earrings tarnished
I just received my earrings today and they were “TARNISHED” the little tag was ripped off and placed in the box the earrings wasn’t even connected to the storage black thing inside the box. I don’t understand how if they are 10 carat gold why did they come like that

Tarnished Earrings
When I received the earrings they were already tarnished, both of them, I since returned them for another pair, I hope the second pair is not tarnished, if so I’ll send them back also.
