Perfect little vacuum cleaner!
Extremely lightweight and works excellent on bare floors. I have no carpeting so I can't comment on that, but I just love it! So lightweight even a toddler could use it.

Unacceptable
I sent it back without even opening up the box because it was obviously a return from previous customer. The box had been opened and partially resealed to the point anyone could put something in the box or small parts could fall out. Wards wouldn't send me another until return of first. Totally unacceptable.

Just what I needed gets the job done.I don't have rugs on the floor but the stick is still perfect on them I can clean my area rugs real easy & it gets up all my cat's hair.
