Pump sucks
Most of the time, the pump barely gets the water so my dog can drink it, and then, only if you get it perfectly aligned. Don't bump it, or let your pet bump it, or the pump will shift. I ended up taking the top off and letting him use it like a normal bowl.

My dogs love it!!
Best water fountain my favorite my dog loves it!! Always has cold water and fresh! I always change the filter I have it on my calendar when it needs to be changed so I don’t forget.

Open to Ideas
If anyone has any ideas on how to get the animal to drink from it,I'm open to Ideas. Have had this for a couple weeks but she has not even attempted to try to use it. feeling like it was a waste of my money at this point.
