What basic material is the set made from? Looks great but I've been a victim of "false advertising" more times than I care to admit.

The Doll Furniture and Accessory Set has a metal and plastic frame. The Crib has purple frame corners, metal supports with mesh windows. It is perfectly durable for dolls, however, it is not made for heavier items to placed in it. We hope this is helpful!
