Really mad
Hi I purchased a dirt devil vacuum. It has been used a total of 2 hours and the belt broke. there is no replacement at all. So after 2 hours of total use I'm having to purchase belts if I can find them. This doesn't make me happy at all. I'm really ticked off

Not what I hoped for
I was hoping this was a decent vacuum but the first time I ran it was not good. It's extremely loud. My baby started crying my dog hid under the bed. I've never had a vacuum this loud before and not the best pick up. Would love to be able to return it but there is no option to . I hate to be stuck with this considering the price . I don't recommend

not worth the price
I had purchased in 12/2019, I had contacted Ginny's to let them know that the back wheel next to the lever that allows the vacuum cleaner to move up or down came off in February, but I have not heard from them! This is the second time I had purchased this vacuum cleaner and its always the same issue!
