Beautiful Fireplace
Fireplace works great & heats up our large family room! Only disappointment was it is definitely not grey, looked blue until I painted it dark grey!

Nice fireplace
Purchase 1 year ago. The fireplace was easily assembled in 1 hour. The insert flame motor ran in reverse so the flame appeared to burn downward. The remote only turned on the flame and heater. No dimming the fire.
After another hour of mounting the electric motor on the opposite side and plugging the remote wire to a different connector on the circuit board, it worked perfectly. I luckily was able to fix it, which you shouldn't have to do. But we do love it. Very pretty and works great now.

FLAME DOESN'T WORK WITHOUT HAVING HEATER ON
Purchased and set fireplace up in my bedroom, because I've had the same fireplace in brown in my livingroom for about 4yrs. and love it. I am truly disappointed, because the flame effect will not work without the heater 750w or 1500w setting on. Montgomery Wards, please help me with this issue. This is a pricey item and it should function correctly. In the photos you can clearly see that the grey fireplace is malfunctioning. The Grey Fireplace Flame Effect setting is suppose to work like the pictured Brown Fireplace Flame Effect setting.

Fabulous Fireplace
I bought this fireplace almost 5 years ago and I still love it as much as the day I first saw it. I can't tell you how easy the assemble was. The instructions were barely needed and everything lined up perfectly. I put it together by myself. The style is really timeless. I am planning to update my living room around the fireplace as it is probably the only piece of furniture I am not replacing.

Nice in my living room
Bought this 2 weeks ago and glad I did it looks nice in my living room my husband and kids love it not too big and not too small, took me and my husband a hour and a half, to put it together very easy when you follow the directions.

Great fireplace!
I took the chance of ordering from a magazine and from a company that I had never heard of.
This has to be assembled by 2 people and it took us less than an hour, but it was easy!
This is the tallest fireplace of all the ones offered in the catalog and it’s the perfect height for our tv to sit on it. I do recommend using the no slip gel pads for putting a tv on wood furniture. It keeps the tv in place and the gel pads come off nicely with no peeling the finish off of the fireplace.
I’ve had this for 7 years now and I’m looking for one for my bedrooms since they are not a problem to use and keep my gas bill low and keep my electric bill low also. These can run off of solar power if I choose to go solar.
Too bad the lodge looking one is not as tall as this one I would buy it for my room if it is 45” tall. The grey one just like this looks nice.
This has been accidentally hit by matchbox cars and toys from the little ones and doesn’t hurt it or anything else. It’s sturdy!

Fire place only lights up if using heater, I believe your suppose to be able to use with or without heater
