It's awesome! Everything that I imagined it would be. Lightweight but powerful enough to get the job done. Easy to handle and stow away. I'm glad that I invested in the purchase.

Very cheaply made, I've only had it a couple weeks and when I use it the motor sounds like its going out. I threw the boxes away otherwise I would have return it.

Nice and Light
It's nice and light, which is what I wanted since I can't push a heavy one. The blue is as pretty as depicted. Good suction for a lightweight too. My hand vacuum borders on useless for rugs. The Bissell had to be emptied before I'd finished smaller rugs though the cup wasn't full; that's why it's 4 stars rather than 5.

Horrible
Not much to say... but horrible !!!!
I should just spend 20$ and buy a Lil dirt devil stick one
THE SHIPPING COSTS MORE THAN THE LIL ONES YOU CAN EASILY GET LIKE EVERYWHERE
AND I paid more for shipping than what that is worth period
The children's "make believe ones " most definitely are more durable than this
