Disappointed!
Just came today and the initial was suppose to be a Z but they did a small letter Z and not a capital Z and it looks like a letter E. I will be sending it back! Why not personalize with capital letters? Was suppose to be a Christmas Gift. Now I cannot use it.

Thought the letter was to be scriptive
It was sad to get the scarf and not see the personalize script S yoi show W that way in catalog I even asked was it script. Was told yes. Well simple. Block. S. AND IT WAS OFF ON GARMENT. NOT SURE WHAT'S GOING ON HERE

Major Flaws
On the personalized stitching there were frays not just on the stitching but the scarf, threads were snagged.
