Poorly constructed
Very cheaply made. When expanded to the king size it bent after a week straight down the center bars. Save yourself the expense and headache and order one from a bed store.

complete waste of money
made purchase. purchase arrived missing parts. waited on parts arrival. finally assembled. less than two weeks mattress has fallen through frame. ALL rails bent, wheels popped off. will not hold mattress in place much less mattress & me. Complete waste of my money & time. NEVER AGAIN!!

bought this for my son who is 6'4" 200 pounds had the frame set up two weeks and the center support keeps slipping out of the eyelets the wheel legs have bent this is a piece of trash frame would never buy it again

I bought this frame because my wife was struggling to get into our old bed. Or old frame was to high and this was lower to the floor. I was happy about that but literally after two nights, the pegs that go into the support railings popped out, the wheels bent outward and then the bed frame gave way. Montgomery Ward is sending a new frame to replace this one. My review could change. I suggest, however, that Wards change their supplier.

King headboard, footboard and rails
There were no screws to attach the parts together and even after I went out and purchased screws, they still do not hold everything together the way it’s supposed to and is not stable.

How does the frame connect to the headboard?
HI Nick,
The Headboard & Footboard Bed Frame Queen-King come with mounting plates for headboard & footboard. You can attach the four slots and hole, one large hole, as it depends on the thickness of the headboard and footrail. Use bolts that are 1/4-inch in diameter. Bolts should be no more than 1 inch longer than the thickness of the headboard. The most common sizes are the 4-inch bolts and the 2 ¼ inch bolts.
