I purchased this item as a gift on November 12, 2022. I also purchased a 1 year extended warranty. Today I was told by the recipient the brewer was not working correctly. She called Keurig and they told her it was out of warranty even though it's supposed to have a 1 year manufacturer warranty they said because it was purchased from a third party seller and had set on a shelf for several months it used up the majority of that warranty. So that sucks but no problem since I had purchased the extended warranty. When I logged onto the New Leaf website and tried to file a claim I received an error message stating the product is still under the manufacturer warranty and to contact Keurig. Now what am I supposed to do?
