Troublesome remote
overall the chair has worked great, it's just the one button that lowers the chair that keeps malfunctioning

i bought this chair for my husband it is the biggest piece of junk i ever bought. my husband has put is back together 3 or 4 times now. it is the biggest junk can buy. he had to rebuild it and fix the lift to go up na down .i would not buy this at all.

I bought this a month ago, its already making some funny noises, not very comfortable, and for the price I dont think I would recommend it.

In less then a year the remote stoped working and I can't get a remote the padding does not hold up and pillows have to be put all around it to even sit in it with out sitting on frame. Im sorry I ever got this chair.

The remote won't work it just flashes when you click a button it cuts off..... Second does the same thing!

No remote
There is no information on where to get a replacement remote for this unit. Poor design. No universal option on the market that I can find. I do not recommend buying this chair. Go with a more named brand on the market

Right now... I'm mad!
I bought this for the mom of a friend of mine and it was just delivered. The problem is that the only part of the chair that arrived was the bottom! I wish I knew it had to be purchased in two parts! Calling the company now. I may update this review later, but right now I'm too mad!
