Not a good chair
I bought this chair over a year ago,the massage felt great but the chair itself is made cheap,the wood in the back part of the chair broke and I had to put the chair up against the wall to keep it upright, it's not made strong at all

VIBRATING CHAIR!!
This chair absolutely does not massage or Heat. Despite that It is described as HEATED MASSAGE CHAIR. The massage feature at it's highest setting felt barely stronger than if I was sitting on my phone on vibrate. It vibrates very loudly and there is a hard lump in the seat cushion when its off. The chair was a bad investment. I should've shopped around! Definitely would not recommend!
