Missing Letters
I bought this a mouth &:1/2 ago & am very disappointed that some of the letters are missing.
It said "up to 17 letters & I had exactly 17 letters, but only got 15 letters printed.
It was a Birthday gift to my Boss & I am embarrassed to not see His full name on there as requested.

Not what I expected
I bought this a month ago as a gift for a friend. I had reservations because once received, I noticed the band is a bit shorter than an average men watch and the size of the face is more the size for a woman. I had it engraved and I'm not sure if that's how the face got scratched. I will be returning.
