Do I still need to put on a coat when it’s cold with the coveralls on?

Usually with the Coverall is more than enough, but sometimes on really cold weather an extra coat would be fine. Please take into consideration this depends on other factors such as weather, cold tolerance and level of activity while wearing the Coverall.
