Very disatisfied
I have wanted to buy this chair for years. I received it 2 weeks ago and am very disappointed. The seat cushion is permanent attached to the seat so when the foam insert shifted to the back I could not fix it. The front of the seat is wrinkled and has very little cushion in it as it has shifted to the back and I can not move it forward.

WHAT IS THE SEAT HEIGHT TO THE FLOOR
16 1/2 inches from the floor to the top of the seat. It's comfortable but, I miss the handle to recline easier.
