Does this microwave have a light inside? Also, can the cord reach to plug it in to a wall outlet on either side (not necessarily behind since it will be on an open back countertop)?

What kind of base does this have? does it set flat on the counter or does it have any kind of feet that can be raised or lowered or even taken off it it is too tall to go under the counter? My counter that I need it on is 15 7/8" high.
