Product Details
It's a powerful, anti-vibration chainsaw that quickly converts to a pole saw—so you can easily reach everything low or high. The chainsaw (26" l x 8 3/4" w x 6 1/2" h) has a 10" blade, a quick-adjust tension knob, and an automatic oiling system that keeps the chain lubricated at all times. The extension pole reaches up to 8 feet. Includes shoulder strap. Extension cord required for use.

doesn't work
i bought this chainsaw extension in May 2020, i didn't try to use it until yesterday and the chainsaw will not work. Since i've had the chainsaw i have never let anyone use it and it has been taken care of.

My wife bought this. I'm trying to figure out how to use it. It says to pull back firmly on the hand guard to release the brake. How difficult is this supposed to be? I feel if I use all my strength, the the plastic hand guard will break.
