Defective
The front of the vacuum is tilted upwards while being used. Impossible to pick debris from floors in such positions.

Difficult to handle and picks up little to nothing
I was so disappointed. I used this vac once and after that it wouldn't pick up anything. The way it is designed makes it difficult to keep in position to vaccum. A huge waste of money.

What do I need to do to make the brushes turn on bottom head
Hello,
1. Make sure the power is OFF.
2. Plug the power cord into an electrical outlet. To secure the cord, loop it into
the cord holder clip on the back of the handle below the hose hook.
3. Press the power button to start the vacuum cleaner. Press the brush button to
start/stop the rotating brush.
