Works, but has some issues
The machine works & has pretty good suction. It climbs over our thresholds better than I thought it would. For the most part, it's easy to use. However, it looks like you should be able to shut it off, but we press the power button and nothing happens. Ever since we set it to auto clean, it goes out at intervals to try to clean on its own. The problem is, you have to make sure you have all long curtains, cords, throw rugs, small toys, etc. picked up. Also, it gets stuck under our high clearance furniture. You'd think it would hit the back leg or the wall and turn around, but it's like it tries to climb up the back corner leg of our sectional and can't move. We have to move the coffee table, get down on our stomachs & maneuver a broom under it to slide it out. So we've been trapping it on the base by putting something behind it. It also sometimes takes a crazy long route back to the base. I really want to love it, but I don't know if it's going to work out for us.

Robo Vac keeps us dog hair free
I love my Robo Vac/ mop. It was easy to program and has made a great difference in the amount of dog hair in the house. I love that I can program it to vacuum while at work. I have it programmed to vac 3 times a day and it's been awesome.

I wish I could give zero stars.
I thought maybe I was the problem with this robot but NO!!!!! The thing acts very spastic!!!! It moves very jumpy and constantly yelling for something. I have all hardwood floors but every 5 minutes it say "dust bin not attached" or "mopping bin not attached" and you have to walk across your damp floor and try numerous times to get it to register that the thing is in fact on there. If I could go back I would have never wasted my money on this being I need to purchase a whole new different version. Please don't waste your money! This thing is a headache.

What is the name of and where do I get the app for remote smart phone control of the vacuum
The app is Smart Home, but it does not work. During setup it asks you to scan a QR code. Well... the vacuum does not have a camera (or one that I have found yet)
