Broken
Came in a leaking box and leaked till I sent it back and still can't seem to receive a confirmation that it was returned. Disappointed.

Poor quality
When I got my order it was broken. So I sent it back they sent me a replacement but it too was broken

Received damaged
Package arrived today in a wet cover box with no packaging material despite the fact it was quite fragile. It was smashed and the contents were soaked through the outer box. I wish a replacement as this is a gift.
