One use and it quit working!
I bought this less than a month ago and used it once for about an hour, charged it and went to use it a couple days later and it doesn't work! I bought an extended warrantee on
it but they listed the warrantee for something else and I don’t know what it is for.

Really wish I had read reviews
Worked decent first day. Now it won't turn on or charge. Really hope I can return it or get a different tablet. I don't want to waste my money. I am on a fixed income and had purchased for my granddaughter's birthday. Really disappointed with product and quality.

IF ONLY I KNEW NEXA
This has been an awful experience and an embarrassment. Since I have purchased this it freezes or takes for ever to load, you can’t have more than two sites open at a time it was so much hassle I wish I had read reviews.I went back to the my phone I’m so disappointed especially thinking of how much I paid I pray the take it back. I was so upset my grandson ask what it was I told him and he said send it back after I explained all the trouble I was having.The only thing good I can say is the case with my name and headphones look lovely.

Low Quality - Poor features
When I purchased this in August 2022, the quality was poor. The sound is too low if used without earphones. the earphones were very uncomfortable and one of the ears broke (detached from the headband) with minimal force. I also was unable to connect to other wifi outside of my home wifi. Isn't user-friendly for on the go.
