Recliner nice looking, but I don't like the pull lever to put my feet up! Also my feet hang over foot rest, I love massage and heat element. The chair is electric so why not make the reclining part electric? Thanks

Dissatisfied customer
Purchased chair and 2-year service agreement. Chair did not work. Requested repair service and was told instead that the price of the chair would be refunded. As of 01/27/23 no full refund received even with the 2 year warranty. Just a chair that could have been purchased cheaper. Do not bother to purchase this chair nor should you depend on the company living up to their agreement if you purchase a warranty agreement. No, I would not recommend this item or company to anyone. If you can't believe in a company and their service warranty, what can you believe?

Very Nice Recliner
I received this chair very quickly. Was very easy to assemble and good quality. Love the built in heat and massage function from feet to head. Very soft comfortable material. Easy to recline and sits comfortably when not reclining. The color red is really nice.

Not too happy
Received my chair three days ago finally put it together. The material feels fine but the massage you can barely feel. Also it's supposed to get hot in the desert. I thought it would is have that roller for your back. It does it when you sit in the chair and operate the remote are you feeling a little vibration nothing big.

This chair is terrible wish I could get rid of it. The most uncomfortable recliner I have ever owned. After I pay it off I will give it away.

leg lifts and reclining position
beautiful chair, the only problem is hard to recline back and get the leg lift to bring legs up high or higher than a small heel lift, comfortable seat, not recommended for the pearlized induvial would be perfect if remote worked legs as well

Crap
Piece of crap! Had it just one yr, the recliner control switch broke off completely! The cheap vinyl on the feet rest wore dwn to the board! Why dosen’t the Federal Trade Commission come dwn on you “junkmongers”? Wards:
