Invalid Product ID
If I still had the return label I would return the Cloudbook. It came with Windows 10 S which I was led to believe I could activate Windows 10 but when I tried I was told the product key ID is invalid.

Garbage Product
Bought this laptop once it arrived I went home opened it up and tried setting it up. It wouldn't take a charge. This was a brand new product and couldnt take a charge. Sent it back the same day.

Waste of money
My husband ordered this February 2021
And Year later it doesn't charge I took it to Best buy to see if they could assist They we're no help either with all there charges they could not charge
They mentioned it might be something inside the computer not charge
