Mine broke
I'm so bummed out I just bought this in November to take a little trip somewhere but I didn't end up going on the trip only use it maybe twice and the handle or the strap hangs on to ripped and now they won't replace it I'm done but it's a cute bag I like the color is bigger the love the pockets but I can't use it now ☹️

I bought several of these for my grandchildren who travel frequently and they absolutely love them. The fact that their names are on them is ok since they are all older. I think the quality is excellent, the price was definitely right and the fact that they hold a great deal is wonderful.
