So Disappointed!!
I ordered this December 8 for Christmas and it didn’t come in until today and I am so disappointed and will be sending it back. Whoever did the personalization on it did not know what they were doing. It still had the glue on it and there was thread coming out of one of the letters.

Love the softness!
I really love the softness of this product. Love the color as is it deep rich purple.
It came with embroidery on top of blanket, so I had to use tag side for top.
The embroidery had paper on it and I removed it. You have to be gentle with removal of paper so not to disrupt the threads.
I did call customer service who contacted product agent to correct these issues.
The quality of the product was fantastic!

Poor quality
I had this blanket personalized and it arrived with plastic running through the letters, if you tried to remove it the stitching started to unravel and the blanket material was coming off with it ( inside of the letter e and a)

PLASTIC IN PERSONALIZATION
When I received my beautiful throw, there was a LOT of plastic film in the personalization!!! While trying to remove it, some threads came loose. Some tiny pieces are impossible to remove from the fluffy velvet. Would not order again.
