It was supposed to say AVA ST instead it says AVA...what did they do with the ST that was supposed to be added?? Someone messed up big time and now I can't order a replacement until July 2023... REALLY????

I'm not a happy customer right now, I've spendt a lot of money on gifts thru this company and most all got delivered, but this peticular gift was sent thru the postal service and it never reached its destination. Then I tried calling the company, their stupid menu wouldn't transfer me because they didn't understand the reason, then they proceed to tell me they're too busy and hang up on me. Just not ACCEPTABLE. I sentnthem a email, hopefully they respond with a good answer or they've just lost a customer!

I realize it’s holiday season but I ordered 2 of these they are brothers sooo I’m not giving to one not other… the one tht can’t is like pic it’s nice I won’t be ordering anything tht is sent Pitney Bowes!! Never heard of now I have they are SLOW as a turtle. Other than not receiving one I’m happy with product

you spelled his last name wrong and on the form that came with it, it shows it how to spell it. plus the first letter in the name is not even with the rest of the letters.
