I purchase this item about a month ago, I was so thankful it was so easy to put together. It does such a good job on my carpet, I especially like the fact that it has features for small areas since I have a dog. I can use it all most everyday easily!! Awesome indeed!!

I highly recommend you buy this fantastic Carpet cleaner!! I used it the day it arrived and the next day I had friends over and they thought I got new carpet put in! This carpet shampooer is so easy to use and clean up afterwards. I have also shampooed the furniture and wow..it looks amazing. Also, I was very surprised at how quickly the carpet dried...one hour to dry!!

Not What I Expected
Waited to review after using all functions and not good. Upholstery tool is useless and suction is terrible! The carpet cleaner works as expected. I received a lot of tools I can't use so tells me this was rejected by Hoover for stated purpose. And angry that Wards sold it for same price as Hoover!!!! Bought to replace Hoover Spin Brush. Feel like I got played by price for defective unit refused by Hoover. Unit is heavy as well but only can use for flat carpet as said stair/upholstery tool has no suction power Disappointed in Montgomery Wards!

Multi-floor Cleaner by Hoover
I bought this cleaner and I really like it. Its easy to handle and seems to do a really good job cleaning floors and upholstery. It is a smaller version of my old cleaner but so far it is as good.

Hello Ruth. The Power Scrub Elite Multi-Floor Cleaner by Hoover comes with a sample size cleaning solution. It does not have an adjustable carpet height as its suction is strong enough to go from carpet to flat surfaces.

Does this clean, or does it not clean, hard floors? Reviews are conflicting. Thanks in advance
I have one and it does not clean hardwood floors. It barely cleans carpets. You have to go over same area a few times. Then it will leak from the bottom the rubber piece wears out quick.
